Halloween Adventure is the premiere Halloween entertainment retailer for Southern California. Since 1983, we have opened more than 2,800 stores nationwide. Halloween Adventure plans expansion to 150 retail stores in 2009. Let Halloween Adventure fill your vacant spaces. We spend thousands of dollars to help advertise and drive traffic to your shopping center. We are also interested in long term permanent leases. There are six permanent Halloween Adventure stores in our chain.
LEASING REQUIREMENTS
What: Temporary leases for 3-6 months for Halloween Adventure Superstores
When: Site selection process from January thru August. Most leases are finalized by the end of August. Stores open around Labor Day weekend and close after the 1st week in November.
Where: Halloween Adventure Superstores can be found in Mall Anchor spaces, power centers, strip centers, and free standing buildings.
Traffic Count: Good visibility from street is a plus with traffic counts of at least 30,000 cars per day.
Size: Our stores can be as small as 3,000 square feet of retail floor space. No building or space is too large.
